Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the purchase date and time, either by emailing support@ubalitics.com or through the Freemius customer portal. Approved refunds are subject to our Consumptive Usage Policy: only AI Credits that remain unused in your account at the time of the refund are eligible for a cash refund. Consumed AI Credits are not refundable, because the underlying AI processing has already taken place and the cost has been incurred on your behalf. See our Refund Policy for details. For custom development work, refund requests must be submitted within 2 days of payment and are only accepted if development has not yet started.

Yes. Plus is Pure AI only on one platform. Pro is Pure AI across up to 3 platforms. Expert adds Hybrid (AI + human verification) as a per-platform add-on on up to 3 platforms. Pure Human is Enterprise-only.

We pre-flight-check the balance before every AI call. Below 50 credits ($0.50) new AI calls fail with HTTP 402. Test runs already in progress pause cleanly between cases (never mid-case) and auto-resume once you top up. You won't be quietly billed past your budget.

1 credit = $0.01 USD. The displayed price already includes a 30% platform markup over raw model cost — there are no surprises. You never see the raw Anthropic price, and the conversion is a fixed global constant.

Monthly subscription credits do not roll over — whatever you don't use by your billing anniversary is gone. Top-up credits, on the other hand, roll over indefinitely.

Yes. Self-serve plans (Plus / Pro / Expert) cancel at the end of the current billing period with no early-termination fee. Annual subscriptions remain active through the end of the prepaid year; switching to monthly takes effect at next renewal. Enterprise terms are set per contract.
